What Happens When You Call

We start with what you are seeing. After a hailstorm that might be cracked module glass, a string that dropped to zero on the monitoring app, or conduit pulled loose from its straps. For a new system it is usually your monthly usage, roof orientation and shading. From there we explain the likely cause, whether it needs a visit, and what that visit would involve, including when an insurance claim may apply.

We serve Allen, Plano, McKinney, Frisco and the surrounding towns for solar panel installation, battery storage, solar repair, panel cleaning and roof-mounted solar. Our company is BBB Accredited and holds an A+ rating. If a problem turns out to be outside what we do, we will tell you that plainly instead of stretching the job.

Have These Ready Before You Call

  1. The inverter brand and model, plus any fault code or warning light it is showing.
  2. Photos of damage taken from the ground or a window, since climbing onto a wet or hail-struck roof is not worth the risk.
  3. The install date and original installer paperwork, or recent electric bills if you are planning a new system.
  4. Your insurance claim number if you have already filed one after a storm.
